 Today I am going to write about some very important tips for health care and healthy lifestyle. 

Many people have asked about what healthy lifestyle is?

 Is it important? 

How can we obtain or reach healthy life? Is living healthy life very difficult? 

Should we give up all that we love to eat? 

What is the best healthy lifestyle?

How to keep up good health?

How to maintain good body without going to gyms?

How to keep health care in busy schedules?

Is healthy living only way to survive a long life? And many many more. 

You might also have some questions related to these issues. Now a days lots of people are getting into healthy living because they feel like, this is the only way to live longer. And after pandemic we have become more concerned about our body and get worried even on small changes or disruption in our body.

So today I am going to tell you some very useful tips that I have been using myself and recommended to everyone. Some handy tips and very easy to follow. These tips don't require a gym, a fancy exercise or so much out of the way eating habits.

So let's begin


1) Unhealthy Eating Habits

 First of all we have  to realize that craving for any type of food is normal and we should eat what we like. 

I like to eat pizza and french fries late at night. I don't like having them in day light. I like to eat oiled tortillas with bbq and fresh chocolate cake with milk tea. These are like really unhealthy habits if any nutritionist get to know it. But for me I eat it and enjoy. 

But the point is that I don't eat all this every day. But once a month or twice a month not more than that. Along with that I do lots of cardio exercises or walking for 2-3 kilometers everyday.

Yes exercise is everyday but eating unhealthy should be rarely. This is because fats deposit much more quickly then they burn. 

If you eat unhealthy and do some hard exercise for just one day, it won't work, and you will grow your size. You belly will increase, your butts, arms, thighs all will increase. 

So it is important that if you have some sort of bad eating habits like I have , then it is important to have everyday workout routine to avoid health issues and over weight issues. However it is recommended to completely quit bad habits. Things that can ruin us can never be good even if practiced occasionally. That is why I keep on working to avoid my own bad eating habits. But the point is not to be harsh to yourself or be stressed out. 

If there is something you cannot quit, or cannot resist it's cravings, than keep them to low quantity and occasionally.


2) Fresh Foods, or Canned/Processed food

The second debate we always have is , whether fresh foods have lesser calories or canned or processed food? Which one is healthier? 

Mother nature is always the true producer. How many times we have seen in movies and real life that whatever humans have made or tried to change, results are either bad . So brother and sisters without any hesitation please pick the fresh ingredients for any recipe, or munching salad, or fruits nutrition.

Fresh food is full of it's nutrition, and very much better for our body. It is very important to have all types of fresh items like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and meat. We are living beings, and therefore we are fresh. Remember only dead bodies are kept in freezers, and in body bags. So when you are fresh eat fresh.

Processed milk is better or milk directly from farm is better ? Farm milk will have all the cream, butter, oils, and nutrition within it. But when milk is processed, oils are extracted, butter is extracted, cream is extracted , why is left is the water and some nutrients that can justify the extraction. Decision is yours what should be good for you. 

For fresh foods you don't need to count calories because they are unsaturated fats and good lipids that are required by our body. And regular normal exercise will never get fat deposited in our body. 

Fresh fruits are good for munching. Dry fruits are good for busy schedule snacks. You can get fresh juice and milkshakes on the go. Driving to a client's office, driving to office, driving to a seminar, walking from parking to office cabin, tea breaks in meetings, in all such situations choose fresh juices instead of high caffeine coffee and artificial sugars.


3) After Eating Ritual

One handy tip to all your problems is to have 5 to 10 minutes walk after every meal. Either it's breakfast, lunch, tea time, snacks, dinner, supper whatever time you are eating, have some walk to help your enzymes digest better. 

Enzymes are by-default in our stomach to digest all types of food. In secondary school it is called lock and key system of digestion. Walking for some time will help these enzymes to work better and break all sorts of food into health instead of turning them to fats and making it deposit in your organs and under the skin.

For any easy healthy body, this tip is very important. It not only reduces fats, it also keep you away from many diseases like uric acid, stomach ulcers intestinal worms, constipation, burning sensation in chest and stomach, acidity, gas etc.


4) Exercise

For every person with different body shape, sizes, flexibility, physical features, and working schedules, you cannot give one type of exercise routine. 

Yoga masters will say that yoga is the only solution, gym trainers will promise model looks, exercise trainers will promise flat belly and beautiful curves . But the fact is that you are the person living in your body and not your trainer. I don't say that they are useless or they don't give results, they do but if you cannot afford them or block out time for them, then what?

So here is the handy tip.

If you are overweight, that is that you have a grown belly, heavy legs and double chin, then you should go for running, or jogging, or stair case climbing everyday. Begin with 5 minutes and gradually increase this time your capacity will increase too.

The best way to choose cardio, is quit vehicles. You cannot do it on the very first day but when regular walking routine reaches 2 hours, quit vehicle and go to office, or school, or wherever, by your own natural convince, i.e legs. Then you will not have to block two hours for walking and you will be able to walk more.

On the other hand if you are just normal weight person, like not over weight. Then you can go for yoga and some sort of flexible sports like badminton, tennis, squash, or any other sports you like. If you want you can go for gymnastics, but for that a good professional trainer is required.

If you are person with regular health issues or low immunity, and nutrition, it is good to do meditation and yoga. You don't have to stress your muscles with lots of hard work and not to perspire more. Otherwise your health will detoriate instead of making you healthy. 

Therefore it is really important to know your body, your lifestyle, and your own comfort first. The person outside your body can never help better than the person inside your own. 


5) Keep Hydrated 


The last and most important tip. Keep your self hydrated. Drinks lots of water. Drink Luke warm water in the morning with whatever you like, honey, lemon, cinnamon sticks, ginger, or any other your own special thing. 

Drinking luke warn water on the empty stomach is the best way to keep your muscles and body hydrate. 

Not only water but add fresh juices and milkshakes in your daily routine so that some instant source of nutrients keep on flowing through your body. The better your body is hydrated the better flexibility you will have and lesser bone issues you will have in long run because your body will have a good supply of oils extracted from your food that is easily digested with water in your stomach.

These are the five very important and easy to follow tips for your everyday healthy living. These will not only give you a healthy lifestyle, but it will also give you fitness and nice body shape.
