How to keep your skin fresh and glowing in winters

 Winter is here and new decisions are on our way. In summers we all have taken care of skin from sunlight, heat strokes, and excessive oils. Now when winters are here we are going to worry about dryness, dullness, and blemishes.

 Here we are going to discuss about how to keep our skin glowing, moisturized, and fresh all around the winters. 

There are some basic tips that first of all we need to remember.


1) Find a moisturizer that suits your complexion. Many moisturizers doesn't go with our skin and this damage our complexion.


2) Remember that all you need to select is cloths that keep you warm are purely woolen, or stuffed. Instead of just overloading yourself with lots of cloths will just save you from cold but you will look chubby, and unattractive.


3) Drinking lots of water and fresh fruits is the basic element of surviving winter with the best care of yourself.

4) Take warm showers to avoid dry skin and itching in your skin due to dryness. And never forgot to apply full body moisturizer after taking shower. 


Now you know that what are the basic tips to keep winters from affecting our skin and look. So now you are ready to know how you can keep your skin young, and full of freshness throughout winters and always. 

We all are always mesmerized with the beauty of our favorite celebrities and wonder how they keep themselves up to the level of ever ready.

Most of us believe that they go through special treatments and use expensive products under the supervisions of highly professional beauticians, that's why they look always young and ever ready. However this is not true always, yes I agree to some extent that is true but reality is that they maintain a healthy lifestyle that gives them this result which you see on cover photos, and interviews.

Following are some very useful tips that will give you an ever ready winters. But don't forget to start with the aforementioned tips that are the basic requirements for the following tips.

So let's begin


1) Drink lots of water


Drink water


Yes the biggest tip, hack, trick to defeat the dryness of winters is drinking lots of water. Mostly people have an excuse that drinking lots of water makes you urinate frequently and that creates sometimes very weird situation in official works.

So you can avoid drinking water too much before meetings but in other times you should not take drinking water for granted.

Water will keep your skin hydrated, your lips and skin soft and less rough. Along with that it will keep your digestive tract healthy and keep all the veins, arteries, and organs smooth. 


2) Fruits and dry fruits

I have written many articles on the nutritional value of fruits and dry fruits where you can find how important these are for our skin collagen, face freshness and to keep our internal organs and digestive track in good working conditions.

If our internal organs specifically our digestive track is not working properly we cannot have bright face glow on our face. Many blemishes on our face comes because of irregularities in our digestive track and any intestinal issues.

So to keep up your face glow, and to keep our skin young it is better to have fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet. When  winters come we mostly keep ourselves away from fresh fruits and instead opt for coffee, tea or other warm drinks or soups. However it is very essential to keep fresh eatables in our daily routine.


3) Moisturize

It is very important to keep our skin soft in winters other wise wrinkles and roughness will appear and damage our collagen in our skin. 

As I have mentioned before it is very very important to search for such a moisturizer that suits your skin type and keep it from dullness. If your skin is dry find such a moisturizer that is but oily, if your skin is oily than it is essential to have an oil free moisturizer, lastly if you have neutral skin than you can use any type of moisturizer that suits your skin.

Another important thing is to look for such a moisturizer that don't create dullness on your skin. Mostly it happens that the moisturizer we buy for our selves makes our skin dull due to excessive oil content in them or non whitening elements in them. Therefore it is important to see what goes well with our skin texture.


4) Scrubbing

Well some will say that exfoliating is better than scrubbing your skin. However I believe and what I do is scrub, because it removes any dirt in pores, brings out white heads from our skin and remove dry cell layers in our skin that is mostly the reason of dryness on skin in winters. Scrubbing will also give you neat and new skin look.

So to keep your skin soft and beautiful in winters it is important to scrub your face with natural scrubs, or cosmetic scrubs at least twice a week.

So these are some very important tips that will give you ever ready and young skin in winters. If you keep up to these and follow healthy habits of exercise with these tips then you can get an every ready and always young look all the time.

With the passage of time you will start looking younger and the collagen in your skin will revive. Hope to be young always...
