Best detox waters for this summers to keep your skin and body healthy

Detox water is one of the most "viral" thing in the health industry today. A decade ago how may people ever knew about detox water and it's benefits. But now for every thing you can have a different type of detox water that will get you out of your health issues. 


What actually is detox water?


De-tox, as explained by the name, such type of water that de detoxify all the toxins of your body. You will find many definitions of detox water on Internet but the reality is more or less it helps to de detoxify all harmful things in our body by assisting our white blood cells and all other immunity control elements in our body.

In many cases even cancer prevention is also found in some types of detox waters. So how can we keep our self away from such a healthy thing. 

Now the issue is while I was researching about different types of detox waters that are used around the world, I found that some detox water have a long list of ingredients and some very expensive and rarely found ingredients. But I feel that it is not necessary , detox water is just water infused with fruits and veges and herbs to give us an extra dose of immunity and skin care. 

So I have gather few easy to make and on a budget detox waters that will keep your immunity system and your skin healthy. So let's begin


1) lemon and warm water,

Just as simple as it is. This is the one that I myself use daily. It is the simplest and very effective detox water. All you have to do is take a glass of warm water and squeeze a lemon in it , there you go.. just as simple. 

It will give you a good complexion and helps maintain you digestive track, also it keeps you hydrated all around the year.

Recently some research have provided long list of benefits from this simple detox water. They include:

Reduce bloating

Watermelon slices


All you have to do is add strawberries and some cubes of watermelon in 4 glass of water with a pinch of black salt or pink salt if you want to keep it full healthy, but simple table salt will also do the thing. Let it cool and infuse for one hour and then you can enjoy.

 It is the best summer drink and you can have it all morning and all noon. But avoid it in evening and night as watermelon might give you stomach ache.


3) Apple and Cinnamon Sticks

Apples are high in vitamins and fiber and have a very low calorie count. We all also know the famous proverb " an apple a day keeps the doctor away" so using an apple in detox water will get you all the nutrients easily in your body. 

Adding cinnamon sticks with apples will not only enhance the nutrients level but also it will give you toxin free healthy body. 

Cinnamon sticks are full of calcium, iron, potassium, and vitamins. So when you add both of apples - any type- and cinnamon sticks to water you will get water full of vitamins, calcium, and other essential mineral which our body need daily. We all know that vitamins and minerals are not stored by our body, they are flushed out everyday and we need to supply them everyday to our body.

Mostly detox waters contain lemon in them due to so many health qualities, that it should be part of our daily routine. 

In this type of detox water we need to add lemon, cucumber, and mint to water and this time cool water. Then let it fuse for two to three hours. After that you can enjoy it as a summer drink also. The best time to have this drink is after your meals. As this is best for digestive purposes, and is highly antioxidant which is essential to digest meal. As a result it will help you in wait loss too.

Mint is a natural sweetener, and cucumber is a natural coolant for our body. And lemon is simply a must for your heathy skin, good digestion, and strong immunity.


5) Lemon and Ginger.

Once again we are here with lemon. I guess by now we all should have lemon plants in our home for daily usage. In this detox water you need to add ginger, and lemon to the water and let it fuse for 3 to 4 hours as ginger is a hard vegetable so give it enough time to release it's components in water . 

Ginger is a house of dietary fiber and protein. From very old ages ginger root is used as medicine for many common diseases such as nausea, muscles cramps, period cramps, upset stomach and many others like this. It also contain essential oils which are very beneficial for our skin and are widely used in cosmetic industry around the world. So adding ginger in your water will help you get rid of all such common issues.

Lemon is the factory of many useful nutrients such as vitamin C, plant fiber, antioxidant, potassium and vitamins B6.

 It is highly recommend for high blood pressure patients, and reduces the risk of all cardiovascular diseases. Doubtlessly all these detox waters are a must in our lives. It can also be called the supplements for body.

It is not necessary that first you must have some kind of disease and then you should start having De-tox water. But you can use it in daily routine so that no any such disease can affect you.
