Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Either you believe it or not if you start your day with a good and nutritious breakfast,then your whole day will be as good as gold.

So it is really important to have breakfast. If you say that you don't get time to prepare your breakfast you can go for simple biscuit, or some on-the-go fruit like apples, banana, etc.

As for breakfast it is very nutritious and should only be used in summers for breakfast. But if your doctor recommended, due to any reason you can have it on their prescription.

What ever you like can be part of your fruit salad. Plus you can add them to yogurt and get more nutrition. Also you can opt for cream to add some calories if you want a stomach full breakfast.

It contains all the individual nutrients that every fruit you add will have. If you add berries you will get more iron and fiber, if you add avocados, you will have more clearer gut, and if you add some watermelons you can remain hydrated, etc what ever you like and what ever seasoning you like to add will make your breakfast very valuable and full of nutrition.


8) Teas

At last your breakfast is complete with the best type of tea. Mostly green teas are considered the best type of teas for the healthy breakfast. But I personally believe that when we have already so many nutrients in our breakfast, we can go for a little bit of calories drink,  that is no bad at all. 

Important thing is to enjoy your meal instead of getting stressed for the calories. And another important thing is to have a good feeling at breakfast, if you don't like green tea flavours, which I myself don't like, you can give it up. You can use them after lunch when they will help you in digestion and dissolving fats too. But to begin your day with good mood, don't stress out at breakfast or have a bad taste to ruin your whole day.
