Exercising everyday is always a very important part part of life for those who love to be fit and enjoy their favourite food at the same time. There are so many types of exercises that one can easily get confused about which will work best for you.
A person like me who is a food lover and get fat deposits quickly, along with two pre school kids, and a house to take care of, desperately needs such compatible exercise that are easy to do. More importantly they must be less time consuming and more effective, and should give excellent results. Many people especially women have such issues, around the globe.
I have met many people who say that they just can't find time for exercise or they are on two jobs and cannot have a two hour workout everyday. For such people I have here some very quick cardio exercises that helps to reduce weight in lesser time than other type of exercises.
Well it is important to know that weight loss is a slow process. Most people get tired of result less efforts and quit their exercises. This is the only phase which is the hardest to survive but if you remain consistent you will see results. I am not promising 7 days weight loss or 15 days or even few weeks.
Getting to lose weight will only begin after continuous efforts of three months. It is a fact, after three months your body will start showing you results, mark it, Start showing you results. Final result , or final fitness will be attained in whole year with full consistency.
So here are some very effective and quick-to-do exercises that won't take much time and will be beneficial for losing weight.
1) Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks is the most common type of cardio exercise. It increases heart beat and pumps full blood all around your body along with giving you more stronger stability and breathing stamina.
It is highly recommended in all types of cardio exercises and if you are planning to go for heavy exercises then this will become your warm up. Jumping Jacks have many modifications and I recommend the one which you feel comfortable with and do not topple over your foot because it could lead to muscle sprains, joint dislocations, and fractures. So one should be careful for their balance and foot stability.
2) Running
Everyone knows how important it is to use your legs for cardio exercises. Running is the best form of such demands. Go out and have a good pace run around the block and see how much you perspire . The biggest evidence of cardio exercises is that you perspire a lot, lots of sweating, more and more of panting, fast heartbeat. All these cause the fats to melt in our body.
Well to be honest if you run everyday around your whole block you will definitely see good results in lesser times. Most people want that they should lose weight in just couple of weeks, and you find many promising tutorials that this dream will come true. But the fact is a fact, and fact says that fats start to melt at the last of all the substances.

Well you don't need a punch bag for doing this. All you need is to start punching in air or on your pillow or a huge cuddle toy. But be fast, only that is going to help.

5) Marching
Marching like soldiers is another very best and high level of cardio exercise. Going up and down at one place , with quick switching, will give you a good flow of blood around the body .
It will not only reduce fats around the bottom half of your body but will also be helpful in reducing belly fat. Fats around our abdominal cavity are the hardest to get rid of. The reason is that there are two types of fats in this area of our body, one , the fats around our organs, second, fats under skin. And of course digestive system exist in our belly so the fastest deposit of fats also happen there.
Marching will reduce the fats around the abdominal cavity first from the skin and gradually from the organs. In a period of six months you will start seeing the difference and the measurements. But the more consistent you will be the more better and more fast results you will have.
6) Staircase running
This is the most common of all types. The biggest suggestion from everyone, and in commercials, and for excessive perspiration it is the most ideal exercise.
Going at least 10 times up and down the staircase in one throw will burn at least 500 calories. Therefore if you make it a routine you will be able to reduce fats all around your body . It will tone your legs, reduce belly fat, reduce chest size, and give an overall shape to your body.
So these aforementioned are the most common and frequently used cardio exercises that will not take too much time and will help you gain your dream figure. Not to forget these exercises will require little diet strictness to avoid just the neutral effect. That is , the total amount of calories eaten cancelled by the total amount of calories burned.
If you want to reduce weight, your calorie intake should be less than your calorie burnt, then you will see quick results. But it is very important to keep your mind set for a whole year to get your weight to the most admirable level.
