In winters skin is more prone to dryness and stiffness. Even if you have oily skin or large pore skin ,winters will make it dry and less elastic. My mom always says, it is never easy to be a women. Now I realize how right she is. There are so many things we need to take care for that hardly men have to care for. Men are mostly acceptable in rough and tough style. But women are expected to be delicate, soft, glowing , and like flowers around. That is where all the effort is required, to maintain these levels.

- Keep your digestive system in good condition. Constipation, stomach ulcers, intestinal issues all causes dullness, and blemishes on our skin. That is, I know really difficult, because stress is natural and at some levels in our life we go through unavoidable circumstances that taking stress in evitable. But to stay too long in stress can make your skin dull, full of blemishes, and very rough. Do meditation daily, try to get less worried about things you cannot control.

- Glowing skin is dream of every girl despite their skin tone it is really important to have soft glowing skin. But to attain this is really difficult.
The easiest tip for glowing skin is to apply fruits directly to your skin. Many times fruits start getting stains while keeping in basket or fridge. Instead of wasting that fruit you can apply it directly to your skin. Not the fruit that gets mould in it.
This will give you natural glowing skin. You can apply it in your whole body. It will not only give you glow but will also reduce dullness.
- For external beauty it is important that our skin remains elastic. In winters when we wash our face our skin gets stiff and if we stretch it, it causes wrinkles.
So it is really essential to use some type of moisturizer to keep our skin soft. Right after washing your face, dry it and then apply a moisturizer that suits your skin. Like for oily skin use some oil control moisturizer, for dry skin use some oily moisturizer that adds moisture to your skin. Keeping your skin moisturized will reduce wrinkles and dullness too. Blood in our body carries all the nutrition and in winters our blood flow is reduced to keep perspiration at low levels and maintain homeostasis. - Get some good sunlight. Sunlight do have ultra radiation but our skin gets fungus and stiffness, which can easily be avoided by good sun exposure.
What I do is get some 5 min of direct sun light and then apply sunscreens and keep myself in sun for about half an hour. If sunlight is strong, half hour is enough but if sunlight is not that much strong then you can spend one hour to two hours in sun for better skin and bones.
- Get some sort of nice motivating hobby that keeps you stress free, like going for a walk, playing with kids, reading good books, or reading motivating books, any thing that pulls you out of your stress life and give you time to bring the positivity out.
This will in turn make your skin, neat from blemishes, reduce dullness, and will give you fresh glow.
