I am a Pakistani and a mother of two kids. I don't take my kids to doctor for simple issues like fever, flu or indigestion until it goes on for consective 2 days with no relief. I will be treating them with cold patches, yogurt, and good controlled food. But in the first place I will not be giving them any such foods during changing weathers that can cause indigestion. I will take care of cold and normal water in changing weather. I will not let them eat cucumbers and pack juices in moonsoon season.
These are few of the things that I take care to avoid going to doctors and let my kids to anti biotics and other medicines. I don't say that medicine is bad but when you can avoid chemicals intake with simple good habbits then why not do that.

I will make sure to provide you with simple things so that your busy shedules and irregular work timings are not disturbed.
So let's begin
1) Drinking water
Yes, all the time its water top of the list. Now do an experiment, try running around the block and drink any beverage, and see whether your thirst ends. No never is going to happen.
You body will itself call out for water and only water will give you the satisfaction of thirst elimination. So that is how vital water drinking is for us.
Our body is made up of 70% water, and we all know that water evaporates, in our body it evaporates through perspiration and urination. So the water level is reduced, what should be done then?
Ofcourse water intake is very important. Our body will dry up otherwise like dried fruits which will in turn amke the blood flow frozen, caause friction in joints, and force heart to pump more forcefully to regulate thick blood , less blood roming around the body will cause belishes on ae, dried up skin and exhausted organs.
So the first andd most important part of immunty boosting is intkae of considerate amount of water every day.
If you feel like you cannot get to water after evry half an hour because of busy shedules or too much of work. Then carry it with you, keep a water bottle handy, you can drink one sip again again because water bottle is with you. In few days you will get habitual of drinking water and you won't need to carry a bottle but natural thirst will take you to water itself.
2) Get enough sleep
Next comes our sleeping shedules. First and most important thing is to making a sleeping routine. From 24 hours you have to block out at LEAST 6 hours and MAXIMUM 8 hours of continous sleep.
The most preferable time is at night, but for many of us night time is occupied and they have to sleep in morning. which ever time you can sleep, do sleep for continuous 6 hours.
What do you work for? Why do we work? Yes ofcourse for our stable life, but what if we keep on just working and neglecting our health then when we achieve the stable life, our health is vanished, then what will happen?.
All that you are earning or running for will eventully be added to your doctor's bank account and a hospital. Ask yourself.. Is that what you are working for? If the answer is no then make sure it dosen't happen.
Get enough sleep that your body works more efficently and your brain become creative helping you with better ways to improve your life style and make your life more financially stable.
Exhausted body and brain can never be efficent or creative.
3) Moderate Exercise
Our body is made up of muscles that can get stiff if not used, and such joints that have limit to handle weight. So if you don't want to make your body regret your exsistence, get up and work out.
I have given birth through c-section surgeries. The anesthesia goes in back bone and then the whole delivery procedure happens. This anesthesia make a tremendous effect in our body for the rest of our lives. We can not lift much weight, we cannot do much of stretching exercise or do lot's of physical work.
But the thing is when i didn't work out i couldn't even feel moving even. Simple movements felt like too much for me, getting to do home chors even made me question my qualities. I didn't gain too much weight like turning to extremely bulkingness, but still my muscles felt stiff and non flexible.
Gradually I began with walking in room, and just like jumping with out moving my feel and not even removing my toes from floor. What happened was, I happened to get less exhaustive. Gradually I added few aerobics move, and simple stretches like side bends and warrior pose. This made my muscles around my backbone more flexible and less stiff.
So the moral of this story is simple stretching and simple work out can do very well to your body. It is adviseable to have good work out routine. But in case you have busy shedules and you are too lazy like me to go gym, then you can simply use your room to walk, and do simple without equippment exercises.

4) Natural Supplements
So now we have reach to the point where you need to worry about what you are eating. Doctors say look what you eat, and that dosen't mean eating infront of the mirror. It means to be cautious of what you eat.
It's like selecting from two different options to wear. If you can spend time to select what to wear, why not to spend time to select what to eat. If you are not eating healthy, and you don't care about your weight, what ever time you spend on selecting clothes will be simple waste.
Why not to get good shape by selecting what to eat and wear whatever is available, because then everything will look good.
So here is the list of few important foods that you should add to your daily routine and change your snack time and meal time.
Fresh fruits ( citrus fruits, red fruits, olives etc)
Dried fruits ( peanuts, dates, rasins, fig, etc)
Yogurt
Vegetables
Fresh juices
Detox Water
Honey
Turmeric
Milk
Eggs
Butter (not margerine)
Water
Leafy vegetables
Fresh Meat
These foods can boost your immunity and naturally make your body more healthy in most simple ways. All you have to do is exchange unhealthy foods with healthy foods. Instead of sandwich, buy a can of pineapples or fresh apples, or bananas. Instead of cold drinks buy a glass of fresh juice or milk. Instead of fast food select fresh meat like grilled chicken or grilled fish or fully cooked steak.
What you eat is what you become. Our body is a configuration of the elements found in foods in nature, but if you will stuff your body with non natural foods how will the configuration be maintained, instead it will be start to depreciate.
5) Consistency is the key
Lastly, you need to be consistent. I keep my kids away from junk food but once in 10 - 15 days I let them enjoy a pizza or fries, becuase that doesn't stree them out. I tell them the benefits of fruits and strong they can become instead of just imposing strick rules. Kids love to become strong and grow up quickly, the best way to help them is to let then know the benefits and that goes with all of adults too.
Make small changes everyday, you can start with adding water to your routine, and changing from sandwiches to fresh fruits. Then you can start buying fresh grocerries instead of canned food, even tomato purry can be made at home, or just simply ad fresh tomatoes in a hand blender and crush them when you need to add them.
Simple moves like these can make tremendous change in you overall health and help you achieve better health.
In conclusion, building a strong immune system doesn’t have to be complicated. By focusing on daily habits, you can achieve an organic boost to your health and enjoy long-lasting energy.
Simple choices like eating nutrient-rich foods, staying active, reducing stress, and getting proper rest are the foundation of wellness. A natural immunity boost comes from consistency, not shortcuts, and the benefits extend to every part of your body. Remember, the most powerful defenses are already within you—your role is to nurture them with care.
