Olives: nature's gift for the welfare of mankind
Today we have come across some very common type of diseases that are found all around the globe and the severity of it is that the age factor have died. Now we see infants with birth diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases from birth. This is really terrifying that people have transformed from healthy bodies to disease packets that then goes on for generations.

Olives are stone like fruit, that is found in two colors, when ripen, black and unripe is green. Some olives stay green when ripped and some turn black but unripe olive is always green. And to remember only couple of olive types are edible without processing. Rest need to go through complete processing methods before that can be used for eating. Basically the natural flavor of olive is sour, that's why they need to go through traditional processing methods to make it edible. The only difference of black and green is the sodium content in each. Green olives have greater content of sodium in them then compared to black olives.

- Last but not least the olives are also helpful in type 2 diabetes. That means olives can help reduce diabetes and prevent from happening in the first place.
All these qualities are found in Olive oils too along with reducing the risk of obesity. Other oils increase calories intake but olive oil does not. Rest of the things are same i.e all other qualities are equal in both olives and it's oil.
