Day and night time fashion rules for girls

 Many times I have come across so many fashion blunders due to the timing of the day or night that I thought to write some tips and tricks that can save you from being a fashion disaster in any event.

The most common mistake is that in the morning time mostly people dress up in vibrant and illuminating make overs, and in the night so light makeup and so light dresses are selected that it seems just a normal everyday look.

Following are some great tips that can save you from being a fashion disaster in any event.

Day time events

The most and first of all thing to decide is the dress you have to wear. So remember if the function or event is happening in the day light than you should go for light colors, such as white, Persian rose color, tea pink, grey, peach color, mauve, lilac, light turquoise etc. Such colors are ideal for any morning event.

 

If you will wear dark and vibrant colors it will surely become a bad selection. Any dark colors will contrast the morning light and will not give you a nice soft morning look.

On the other hand if you wear soft color tones, they will look very elegant and sensible in any gathering. But be careful, select only those colors which suits you, your complexion, and your body. 

Makeup

I have seen many times that girls opt heavy makeup look in day time events. Too much of foundation, excessive detailing of eye shadows, many even use glitter eye shadow in morning or day time events and that is the worst of all.

The trick to day time makeup is light and natural look. All you have to do is just blend any uneven skin tone through foundation that's all. 

Light eyes makeup, like light smoky eyes, or just liner and mascara. If you really want to add a touch of eye shadow then select only matching color to you dress and don't contrast with smoky touch or adding two colors. 

Just keep the eyeshadow simple then adding liner and mascara and black Kajal in eyes water line. 

Lipstick shade is also very important in day time makeup. Heavy or dark lipsticks are not recommended in any case. Shades of light pink, peach, and nude colors of brown are the best to apply on lips. 

The biggest reason for this is, these shades can go with any type of dress color and eyeshadow color. But be careful to choose the color which suits you in light shades, because all type of nude colors doesn't suits everyone.

Hair styles

In day time events mostly bun are recommended. Messy bun, French bun, twisted bun, neat bun, braided bun, or any other type of bun. The grace of bun is unmatchable in morning events. It looks elegant, and beautiful. You can add details with it like braids or hair accessories but if the event requires such as wedding or engagement ceremonies or some cultural event.

 If you are unmarried then you can go for messy, and braided buns , on the other hand if you are married then you can go for French bun, twisted bun, braided bun also. 

Or if you don't like having bun or bun doesn't suits you than go for high ponytails, or French tail, dutch tail, or any other type which could cover all your hair and tuck them in. 

In day time events you need to clip up your hairs so that they don't make a mess specifically in outdoor events. So be wise while selecting your hairstyle in day time events.

Jewelry

Of course, by now I don't think I need to tell that what type of jewelry should you be wearing in day time events. Simple earrings, like teardrop earrings, studded earrings, latch back earrings, lever back earrings all these or these type will go in morning events.

If you're wearing deep neck or any type of exposing deep neck style then you would need necklaces, and here also the rule is same. 

Find some simple and alluring necklaces such as sautoir necklaces, negligee necklaces, pendant necklaces instead of choker or heavy stoned necklaces.

Bracelets or rings will go with the same rule. Not too many or bohemian style rings or bracelets will do good in morning events, unless that is you style. You know many people have a specific style that they follow despite any thing.

Night time events

Dress selection

Now we are relieved from all types of boundaries. You can opt any color, any style, any type of mix and matches.

 All you have to see is the type of event you are attending. In any family gathering,of course, you cannot wear short skirt and just a shirt top, or any see through type of dress but you can have them with friends hangouts and any club parties.

All your jeans are in, all your tops are in all the colors are in, in night time events.

Makeup

In night time events you have to go for heavy makeup looks. Like dark smoky, glitter eye shadow crease cut eye makeup etc. You will also have to use dark color lipstick if not specified by your dress. 

Night time make look can be complete model make without blushes, and pure contoured foundation revealing cuts of your face. 

Hair styles

Mostly open hair styles are recommended in the evening time events. Like blow dry, slik back, ironed hairs, deep curls, wavy curls etc. But it is not a compulsion, because many girls like me are not very good in handling open hairs . Hence you can do a half updo type of hair styles, or just clip up half your hairs, or do front braids or front twists but keep the back length open. 

Don't make a bun unless a specific theme party or any such specific event like official meeting where you are expected to give an official, formal look.

And yes you can add colors to your hairs like one strip colored from front or back, or half hairs colored what ever you like. This will give you a stylish and fashionable look. 

But choose what looks good on you , don't just go to look fashionable but it must suit you that is the most important rule of any type of fashion style, makeup style, hair style any thing.

Jewelry

Well about jewelry you are again free to wear any thing. Choker necklace, heavy stoned necklaces, beaded necklaces, collar necklaces or any such necklaces are all allowed.  All types of earrings like chandelier, tassels, chained earrings, crawler earrings, or hoop type of earrings. All type of big and stylish jewelry can be used in any night time event.

You can wear bohemian style bracelets, and rings. You can go for too many bracelets in one hand a thick strapped watch or band in the other. 

Whatever you like and whatever suits your style can be used in evening and night time events.

One single point to mention is the bag, in day time events shoulder purses are used. But at night time you should use clutches, hand purse type of things.
